cathodic protection

Zinga

Zinga coat contains 96% zinc and 99.995% purity. Moreover, Zinga is the only liquid galvanizing protection based on the special zinc dust pigments. Tests such as the “salt spray test” carried out by the Productivity and Standards Council in Singapore proved the superiority of Zinga compared to hot-dip galvanizing. The field tests of the French Maritime Service have proven very clearly that zinga galvanizing is better than hot-dip galvanizing. You can find these details and tests in the accreditation certificates and tests.

thermal spray

The hot-dip galvanizing layer consists of several backward alloys. Each alloy has a different percentage of zinc. Zinc purity is 98% or more (depending on how the hot-dip galvanizing process is applied).

Passive Protection

Zinga

Hot-dip galvanizing does not provide complementary barrier protection. There are very few zinc salts formed on the surface.

thermal spray

A layer of zinc salts slowly forms on the surface of Zinga. This creates a "barrier protection" layer for the metal surface. In addition to this layer, a complementary protective layer consists of the organic stabilizer present in Zinga, and this layer reduces the dissolution of zinc.
